4-Person Scramble Format, SHOTGUN START!
Prizes for 1st, 2nd & 3rd Place teams, Longest Putt, Longest Drive, Straightest Drive and Best Dressed Foursome!
Awards, auctions, and fellowship until they make us leave!
If you are not a golfer, there are still ways you can help! We need folks to watch the hole-in-one contest, closest-to-the-pin and to help with registration or selling event tickets.
We also need individuals and businesses who would like to be Hole Sponsors, 19th Hole Sponsors, Corporate Sponsors, Event Sponsors and Major Prize Sponsors.
A $100 Hole Sponsorship will get you an 18″ X 24″ sign at a tee box showing that you are a hole sponsor. You will be recognized at the registration, awards and dinner.
Major Prize Sponsorship. We are looking for those folks who are interested in donating items or cash for major prizes. Items such as name brand putters, drivers, rounds of golf, gift baskets and other prizes that have a value of $125.00 or more. You will receive recognition during registration and at the dinner for these donations as well. Cash donations will be used to purchase listed items in hopes to make it easier for you to donate.
On the more creative side, instead of being a Hole Sponsor, you can help by being a “19th Hole Sponsor” for $150. There will be half barrels and cans of beer at the shelter for lunch, dinner and while making the turn; as well as 2 other spots around the golf course.
Some folks have expressed interest and excitement in knowing they were the ones to sponsor the cold beer in your hand! This will also include a 18″ X 24″ sign at the beer location.
A $250 Corporate Sponsorship will get you the same as above except instead of the smaller sign, you will get a banner size 32″ X 52″ advertisement.
Lastly, $500 Event Sponsorship, in addition to receiving all the same benefits of a Corporate Sponsorship, you will receive an additional banner and we will place your advertising, company logo items or coupons inside the golfer’s gift bags.
Any other questions can be directed to our Golf Outing Chairman, James McKenna.
