The Campbell County Fraternal Order of Police Lodge 10 is the home of the FOP members for the police departments of Campbell County Police, Alexandria, Bellevue, Campbell County Sheriff’s Office, Campbell County Detention Center, Cold Spring, Dayton, Fort Thomas, Highland Heights, Northern KY Probation and Parole, Northern KY University, Southgate, and Wilder.

The Campbell County FOP Lodge #10 was chartered in May of 1961.  Original spokesman was Officer Edward Schmidt of the Fort Thomas Police Department who stated, “We decided it would help police conditions If the smaller communities got together and formed their own FOP lodge.”  Several original members of Lodge #10 were members of the Newport FOP Lodge at the time.  The Lodge is currently located in the City of Silver Grove, KY and is also the home of Noonan Hall which is dedicated to our fallen brother, Thomas Noonan of the Highland Heights Police Department who died in the line of duty, September 10, 1988.

Today Lodge #10 is very active with 189 full time members.   Our current president is Officer Nick Heiert of the Campbell County Police Department.  For more about the current Lodge #10 board members, see the page “Board of Directors”
Lodge #10 not only supports local police officers, but is also home of the Campbell County FOP Associate Lodge. Both lodges support many causes in Campbell County, two of which we are very proud of is the Cops and Kids Program and The Special Olympics.
